Your unique story

A few times a year, I teach workshops about lighting and what modifiers do to create mood and enhance the story being told.

These are from my latest workshop and we had a featured model, Isabel, to work with the attendees.  Going from business attire to something more flashy, we keep the background simple to focus on her.  A variety of modifiers were used, such as umbrellas, softboxes, and anything that allowed us to shape the light for a particular look.  Whether you are experienced or never photographed inside with lighting equipment, everybody learns because it's a hands-on class.

So what does this mean to you if you aren't a photographer?

You are unique.  Every session should be as unique as you are.  No one person is photographed the same way.  Sometimes there are some similarities but only to emphasize your personality and your story.

If you want to know how your session would be designed around you, reach out, and let's talk about your story.
