Why should you display your family portraits?

Families change fast as our children grow up and eventually leave to start their own families. These snapshots in time remind us of great memories and funny stories that we always want to share. This portrait of my own family always reminds me of that.

Family portraits in your home are vital to build self-esteem and provide a sense of belonging. Whether your children are 2 or 20, creating an environment where they feel loved and protected is essential and noble.

You and I will sit down and have a complimentary consultation wherever it is convenient for you, whether it's in person, or over a video call. We will design and review some samples and pricing. Most clients prefer to meet in their homes so that we can go through wardrobe choices, where you want to display your family art pieces and help design something unique to your style and decor.

I emphasize the importance of being a photographic artist and want you to have heirlooms to treasure for generations. Being a full-service photographer, I offer everything from heritage albums to installing custom-framed portraits and wall art.

So you don't have to worry about selecting a frame or creating another honey-do list. Portraits always come ready to display, whether hanging or stand-alone art and professionally installed for you so you won't have another "honey-do" to add to your list.

I cover the Houston/Galveston metro and upper Texas Gulf coast but am available for travel.

In-studio session

With a session in my private studio, you can spend up to 3 hours in the studio and change multiple wardrobes. Now, why in the studio? There are no worries about heat, cold, rain, wind, bugs, or distractions to work around. Houston has only three seasons: January, summer, and August. If you have young children or pets that you want to include, the studio is safe and allows us to focus on creating your perfect family portrait. On-location session

With up to 2 hours at the location of your choice, at your home, or a special place for your family, with optional wardrobe changes. Past clients have had me in their living rooms, down on the beach, or requested a specific look but didn't have a location in mind. With over 25 years of experience working on location, we can create the perfect collection of family portraits for you through my unique system. It begins with your consultation, finding out about you and your family, any particular interests or needs, and how you plan to preserve and display your portraits with others.
