Erin and Brandon

I recently photographed Erin and Brandon for their engagement portrait. They were referred to me through her parents from an old coworker. Now you might wonder why I'm doing engagement portraits since they are nowhere on my portfolio.
Back in 2000, when I started doing portrait photography full time, weddings were one of my main focuses, along with families and high school seniors. I still enjoy doing engagement sessions because you learn how people meet and what makes them connect. Erin and Brandon were a joy to work with, wanting something urban and modern for their portrait. Elisabeth, a fellow photographer and member of https://ppgh.org/, came along to help with the lighting and do the behind-the-scenes photos and video.
In the end, the vertical portrait with the waterway and LED lighting behind them was their favorite, and Guild Canvas is doing a custom job for their artwork.
