Summer is holding onto us with a death grip, but there are cooler days ahead and my calendar is proving it.

October was fully booked up about two weeks ago. November and December won't have many openings left very soon.

Autumn is always the busiest time of the year, particularly around Thanksgiving as families get together, college students are home for a few days, and clients want to squeeze in a family portrait of 2 or 3 (or 4 or 5!) generations.

It is so hard to believe that when I started photographing full-time in 2000 families would still be my favorites to work with 23 years later!

Why is that?

It's the stories!

We have stories to share and probably embarrass other family members with. How many times have we all laughed at ourselves with other family members about an event or memory from years ago? Maybe people we only get to see every few years.

Create new memories this year and let me help you share that memories for many more years so that they aren't forgotten.
