Using a styled shoot for inspiration

March 19, 2018  •  Leave a Comment

I recently participated in a styled shoot for inspiration.  As any artist will tell you, sometimes your eyes and mind need a little reset to freshen up, see things differently, and put some more wrinkles in your brain.

The Carriage House (@thecarriagehouseweddings) in Conroe, Texas, was the venue used and they have a brand new chapel that is just gorgeous and filled with wonderful light.  Here's a few samples:

Dress:  Love and Lace Texas

Flowers:  Gallery Flowers

Hair & Makeup: Etoilly Artistry

Model:  Lauren McRae (one of the photographers who helped set this up)

Coordinators:  Davis & Pogue Events

We had another couple outside, William and Lauren.  Yes, there were two Laurens at this.  This garden wall is to die for and there is a bridal archway behind us for outdoor ceremonies.

Lastly, some inspiration for your guests and family. This isn't for the DIY couple but your family and wedding guests would cherish these forever.

I hope that you find something useful for your own special day.  And a special thank you from me to Reed Gallagher and the McRaes for putting this together.
